I made a video where I played four rat-themed horror games, this game in particular was the very first one that I covered. I have an in-depth analysis on my experience with the game in the video - but to keep it brief for Itchio, this wasn't bad. Don't go into it expecting a life changing game. Go into it expecting a creepy and challenging VHS found footage horror game. VHS found footage horror games are pretty simplistic, and get away with bad graphics and poor design via glitch and static filters and VHS overlay... but despite those things, I think this is still worth playing. The shark segment was ridiculous yet simultaneously it struck a lightning bolt of thalassophobia into my gut. The rat enemies are mediocre, but the bossfight is pretty cool. The jumpscares were cleverly placed, too, in my opinion. Solid experience, plus it's free, so... not much room for complaint. Easy to get lost in the winding corridors where every segment of wet concrete looks the same... but I find that to be a good thing. When a horror game drives me crazy, I think it's doing its job.
